CARD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, KIF20A, and MASTL. Each is linked with CARD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD10-to-partner and partner-to-CARD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by CARD10-low versus CARD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
