CARD10

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p27_pT198, and PCNA. Each is linked with CARD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD10-to-partner and partner-to-CARD10 results are reported.
