CAPZB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,643 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM50A, SZRD1, and NECAP2. Each is linked with CAPZB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZB-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPZB versus TMEM50A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
