Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,257 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPZB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPZA1, DAPK3, and LUZP1. Each is linked with CAPZB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZB-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPZB versus CAPZA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
