Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, PGAM3P, and AFM. Each is linked with CAPZB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZB-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZB results are reported.
