Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPZB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPZB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, FCN2, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with CAPZB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZB-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by CAPZB-low versus CAPZB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
