CAPZA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6765, RPL35AP3, and RNU6-628P. Each is linked with CAPZA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6765 grouped by CAPZA1-low versus CAPZA1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
