CAPSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPS, RPGR_S961, and DNALI1. Each is linked with CAPSL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPSL-to-partner and partner-to-CAPSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPSL versus CAPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
