CAPSL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, RP1, and CCDC114. Each is linked with CAPSL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPSL-to-partner and partner-to-CAPSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPSL versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
