CAPSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,248 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL7R, BDNF, and CPA4. Each is linked with CAPSL in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPSL-to-partner and partner-to-CAPSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPSL versus IL7R in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
