CAPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2S2, ASCC3, and RPL3. Each is linked with CAPS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPS2 versus EIF2S2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
