CAPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,743 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL20, CCDC51, and CINP. Each is linked with CAPS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL20 grouped by CAPS2-low versus CAPS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
