Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,171 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with CAPS2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS2 results are reported.
