CAPS2-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,766 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Microtubule-based transport, and Protein-containing complex localization. Each is linked with CAPS2-AS1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS2-AS1 results are reported.
