CAPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, UBXN10_S87, and CAPS_S40. Each is linked with CAPS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPS versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
