Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C72P, MIR7155, and MIR3170. Each is linked with CAPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS results are reported.
