CAPS

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with CAPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS results are reported.
