CAPN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR301A, RNA5SP188, and AK4P6. Each is linked with CAPN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN7-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR301A grouped by CAPN7-low versus CAPN7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
