CAPN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCB3, SEC13, and CPAMD8. Each is linked with CAPN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCB3 grouped by CAPN3-low versus CAPN3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
