CAPN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMH2, CCL7, and CST5. Each is linked with CAPN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 grouped by CAPN3-low versus CAPN3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
