Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,362 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Death-inducing signaling complex assembly, and Integrin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with CAPN2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion grouped by CAPN2-low versus CAPN2-high in BONE.
