Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-729P, HMGB1P29, and RPL21P66. Each is linked with CAPN15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN15-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-729P grouped by CAPN15-low versus CAPN15-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
