CAPN15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 455 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5H8, LECT2, and OR1C1. Each is linked with CAPN15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN15-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5H8 grouped by CAPN15-low versus CAPN15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
