CAPN10

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,408 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NONO, MYEF2, and ORC4. Each is linked with CAPN10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN10-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN10 versus NONO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
