Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1B, PLA2G3, and ST8SIA5. Each is linked with CAPN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN10-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN10 versus MAP1B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
