Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAPN10-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CAPN10-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CAPN10-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAPN10-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CAPN10-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
