CAPN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP22-2, RAB19, and IQCF5. Each is linked with CAPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP22-2 grouped by CAPN1-low versus CAPN1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
