CANX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CANX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CANX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOXF2, BPIFB6, and OR2AT4. Each is linked with CANX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CANX-to-partner and partner-to-CANX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHOXF2 grouped by CANX-low versus CANX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CANX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CANX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
