Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CANT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,795 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CANT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB561, AGR2, and SPDEF. Each is linked with CANT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CANT1-to-partner and partner-to-CANT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CANT1 versus CYB561 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CANT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CANT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
