Across TCGA patient cohorts, CANT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CANT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CANT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CANT1-to-partner and partner-to-CANT1 results are reported.
