CANT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CANT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CANT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL4, C1QA, and TEX44. Each is linked with CANT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CANT1-to-partner and partner-to-CANT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL4 grouped by CANT1-low versus CANT1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CANT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CANT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
