Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK2P1, GAS2L1, and ENO2. Each is linked with CAND2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAND2-to-partner and partner-to-CAND2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK2P1 grouped by CAND2-low versus CAND2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
