CAND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 766 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf185, PLSCR5, and OR6K3. Each is linked with CAND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAND2-to-partner and partner-to-CAND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf185 grouped by CAND2-low versus CAND2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
