CAMTA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, CENPU, and HESX1. Each is linked with CAMTA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by CAMTA2-low versus CAMTA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
