CAMTA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMTA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,846 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMTA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PANK4, RPL22L1_S118, and AHDC1. Each is linked with CAMTA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMTA1 versus PANK4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
