CAMTA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, NUDC, and CENPU. Each is linked with CAMTA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by CAMTA1-low versus CAMTA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
