Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-263P, RNASE11, and RNA5SP71. Each is linked with CAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMP-to-partner and partner-to-CAMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-263P grouped by CAMP-low versus CAMP-high in COAD.
