Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMLG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, TTC1, and DCTN4. Each is linked with CAMLG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMLG-to-partner and partner-to-CAMLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMLG versus MEDAG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
