CAMLG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01066, RPL7AP61, and MIR4460. Each is linked with CAMLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMLG-to-partner and partner-to-CAMLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01066 grouped by CAMLG-low versus CAMLG-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
