CAMKV

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKV RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,404 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKV-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSN, TMEM145, and FBXO41. Each is linked with CAMKV in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKV-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKV versus BSN in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKV→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
