CAMKV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMKV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKV-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53AIP1, AQP12B, and GPRIN2. Each is linked with CAMKV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKV-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53AIP1 grouped by CAMKV-low versus CAMKV-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKV→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
