CAMK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIFAB, AGXT2, and RBM46. Each is linked with CAMK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK4-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB grouped by CAMK4-low versus CAMK4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
