CAMK2G

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMK2G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CAMK2G data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CAMK2G Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMK2G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC and MESO are the cancer types where CAMK2G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
