CAMK2G

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL1, SCN2B, and RCAN2. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2G versus PLCL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
