CAMK2G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOCT, CCNB2, and MED27. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOCT grouped by CAMK2G-low versus CAMK2G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
