CAMK2G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CAMK2G-low versus CAMK2G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
