Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,154 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of skeletal muscle adaptation, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of skeletal muscle adaptation grouped by CAMK2G-low versus CAMK2G-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
