CAMK2G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, UTF1, and CHAT. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by CAMK2G-low versus CAMK2G-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
