CAMK2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,721 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIBAR2, CAMK2D_T337, and THRAP3_S575. Each is linked with CAMK2D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2D-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2D versus CIBAR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
