CAMK2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,376 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, ANTXR2, and MANBA. Each is linked with CAMK2D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2D-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2D versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
